The reason behind all of the reasons is because Blizzard wants you to lose, be mad, and then go buy more packs so you can try to win. Keyword: try.

I was thinking the exact same thing with achievements unlocking rewards, rather than the relentless paywalling/FOMO nonsense. But Blizzard's gonna be Blizzard I guess, can't find any way of making profit without manipulating their playerbase.

there is no altrnative to Hearthstone. its the reason why people still play it even though some of them most likely killed their own family in a mass shooting as a result of Blizzards "Fuck you, now you lose in a humiliating way" matchmaking algorithm.

I am sure people have mentioned this before but the first 3 matches you play in Gwent (outside the tutorial) are against bots which are VERY stupid and VERY bad at the game.

So my deck will never have a golden coin because I didnt want to pay 50$ for a blizzcon ticket that i cant attend just to have a golden sathrovarr and have a complete golden deck.... And now you can just buy a bunch of the best legendaries in premade decks for $40. They really take a crap on their player base quite often.

I beat him first try with Embrace the Pain Warrior deck. Don’t know how I pulled it off, but it was most likely because I believed in the heart of the cards. Haven’t tried with any other characters, this video just popped up and I decided to check it out, but I know it’s gonna be fucking hard haha
